NGenius security errors

I just loaded NetScouts NGenius Real-Time Montitor 1.2 over Ciscoworks 2000. All went well until I tried to launch the application and got this error message: "The NGenius security files are missing. Please copy .java.policy + .keykeystore to the clients HOME directory. Please refer to the release notes for more information."

I have not been able to find added information in the release notes. This package thus far will not run. Thanks for any help you may be able to provide.

Change to 1.3, this version with bug, working java 1.2.
