I had a user come in this morning with a NG and her name on the display. I had her try another phone and it said the same thing. Her old phone does work at another port. Is there a fix without rebooting the phone system?
Yes it already is fixed, that is the status of her phone in the group/status of the group, anyone even slightly trained on the system could tell you that
B -> Barred
D -> Diverted
G -> Active group member
H -> call on hold
N -> Do not Disturb on
O -> Group in night service
P -> parked call(s)
U -> Not available on the calling phone while the called phone is on DND but no voicemail active
V -> Not available on the calling phone while the called phone is on DND but with voicemail active
01 -> calls in call history
DISC -> disconnected
CONN -> Call connected
CONF -> Conference call
ssss -> Authorisation code
I know how these are shown in the user guide, which doesn't make them easy to find, so I was going to ask if there was a quick reference guide - so many thanks tlpeter !
