NG FP3 Secure Remote on XP - ADSL dialer dont work

after upgrading secure remote from 4.1 to NG FP3, the ADSL dialer (VPN connection to ISP) stopped working. till upgrading secure remote there was no problem. after I uninstalled the secure remote, the dialer returned to function OK. Any suggestions?
