Hi,
We have are using SecurePlatform NG AI R55. We cannot access the SmartCenter (also on SecurePlatform NG AI R55) at one location using SmartDashboard from another location. Both locations have Checkpoint SecurePlatform NG AI R55 and are part of the same VPN community. I have tried adding CPMI to "Excluded Services" but no success.
The error we get is server is unavaiable. Make sure your server is up and running and you are defined as a gui client. Our server is up and running and we can access it from a public address and from the same network. We have defined the private network address we are using in the gui clients as well as the public address of the firewall we are behind.
Does anyone have any information on how to access your management server (SmartCenter) from another location in the same VPN community? I would greatly appreciate any guidance.
