NFuse with Tomcat on Win2K

Hi,

im trying to install NFuse Classic 1.7 on a Tomcat Webserver under Win2K. But when I try to start it with the link:

http://localhost:8080/citrix/NFuse17/website/login.jsp

there is an exception report like: The server encountered an internal error () that prevented it from fulfilling this request.
Exception: org.apache.jasper.JasperException: /citrix/NFuse17/website/login.jsp(2,0) Unsupported encoding: [JSPCharSet]
at.......

Is it possible that it can't run under W2K?
