Nfuse session freezes and disconnects

Hi,

We have about 20 remote users who connect to our network via nfuse (on IIS5) to our MtfrmXPe farm. Or internet pipe is 2mb. From time to some some or all users sessions freeze and then are disconnected. I am trying to find the source of the problem. Is it the 2mb internet connection? The nfuse box? A metaframe setting? We have the keepalive and maxdataretransmission registry setting but this has not helped.
Any help would be appreciated.
