Hi all, I have this weird problem with our Citrix XPe FR-2 farm running NFuse 1.7. When users click on the published app, the application appears to be loading(initialing), but after couple of screen flashes, no application gets launched. the ica icon would appear in the task bar for briefly, but it would also disappear. This is only happening on one of our Citrix servers, users can launch the app from other servers just fine. Domain admins can log into that troubled server just fine as well. I'm confused. Help please!!

Does this only happen with NFuse? What about Program Neighborhood? It seems to be a server issue rather than an NFuse issue. You could try republishing, or even reinstalling the app on the troubled server.

There are also several hotfixes out for FR2. One of these might help. Are there any diagnostic messages in the event logs on the server?

Well, I also thought about it could be a server issue; however, domain admins are able to launch the app just fine on the troubled server. I don't think it's a security issue either since users can launch app from other servers. I forgot to mention one thing, the app I'm publishing is Mochasoft telnet, and it's the only app that wouldn't work on that particular server. Any other published apps work just fine on the same troubled server. Tried to republish and reassign to a new group of users, no luck. :( Help help!!

Since domain admins have no trouble, it sounds to me like a permissions issue. You can try:
-comparing permissions on the good server to the bad server.
-assinging more permissions (full control?) to the appropriate folders on the bad server.
-auditing for file-access/deny on the bad server.
