At times when users access our NFuse page externally they get the following error:

Getting File Information
...RIX2&NFuse_MIMEExtension=.ica from domainname.com

Hitting cancel a number of times usually removes the error and the published application launches. This doesnt always happen. Leaving the screen does nothing.

Anyone have any thoughts.
Thanks

Check your internet settings under Advanced in IE properties to make sure that the "Do Not save Encrypted Files to Disk" is not checked.

I checked under Advanced and there is NO check in the box.

Better u check your internet explorer version. it should be 5.5 or higher. I faced same problems but upgrading ie solves this perticular problem you are facing.

Actually I'm using version 6.0 with all service packs applied.

Sometimes there is "always trust xyz" check box in such messages. Check it if it is there. It should prevent you asking again and again.

We also have this problem occasionally. Peter, did you get it resolved? If so, how?
Thanks!

Like the hair on my head, the problem seems to have vanished.

Good for you, not so good for me. These intermittent problems are the killers.
Thanks anyway for the quick response.

We have the same issue. Been through the Citrix support docs and still no resolution. Tried everything- rebooting the Citrix boxes- IIS boxes- changing the data collectors- changing the XML ports- changing this and that. And now back to where we were - sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. So we have gone to use the Program Neighborhood. Bah!
