NFUSE gives error 80004005

Can anyone help

I have set up NFUSE on IIS. I have loaded RSA Ace security software. Logging in first requires my users to enter their Secure ID name/password - this works fine. They are then required to enter their NT name/password. This again works fine for the majority of times but I get an intermittent problem

Error 80004005 - Unspecified Event
/site name/passthru tempates.asp, line 14

Normally if the user closes the browser & logs in again it works ok.
