We have users connecting to Nfuse via dialup to a local ISP. Often, while they are working, their Citrix connections (not their internet connection) will be dropped. They will be prompted to reconnect, with a countdown of 30 sec to automatic reconnect. Sometimes when they try to reconnect, they get the message, "network problems are preventing communications with citrix server". I am also seeing messages in my citrix server event viewers that the "terminal server was unable to issue a client license". I have verified that each server is pointing to my license server in the parameters of terminal services in the registry editor. We have licenses available. Today it happened and the user was only able to reconnect after rebooting his pc.
My 2 questions are: 1)Why are they getting disconnected when they are not idle? 2)What is causing the license issues?
Very frustrated...appreciate any help.
Thanks.

Well, we think we may have resolved the license issue. But we are still having problems with Nfuse users being disconnected, even while NOT idle. They get the message "Network or dial-up problems are preventing communication with the Citrix server" Then it counts down to automatic attempt to reconnect. They are not losing their internet connection, only the Citrix connection.
