Nfuse 1.6 metaframe 1.8 NAT and a firewall in between:

I have asked this problem before for Nfuse 1.5 and a work around was suggested, but that does not seem to work for Nfuse 1.6

Background:

We have 3 x NT4 SP6 MF 1.8 SP3 FR1 servers sitting behind a firewall all with ALTADDR set correctly, a Web server in the DMZ with NFuse 1.5 (and now 1.6) on it.

The firewall has 1494 and 1604 port opened, and has NAT set up for the Citrix servers.

We have a number of laptop computers set up using PN with the IP addresses and the use Firewall option ticked working correctly with these servers.

The template.ica file in Nfuse 1.5 is set to use the alternate address. The .config file in 1.6 is set to use alternate addresses

The problem is this:

You log onto Nfuse on the web server enter user and password and all the correct icons appear. You launch a published application and the application does not launch. If you open the .ica that is created the Address= line is blank.

As per CitrixEngineer's suggestion in NFuse 1.5 I modified the template.ica file and "hard coded" the IP address for the server, the problem with this is if that server fails no-one can access citrix via NFuse.

Nfuse 1.6 allows me to specify more than one server to connect to but putting the IP address in template.ica does not seem to work.

Does any-one have any ideas why it is not working properly?

Thank you in advance
