Nfuse and MS ISA Issue

We are running XP with Nfuse and CSG to allow remote access.
We ran into issues with clients accessing through a proxy server. Citrix proposed modifying the template.ica but our issue concerns the use of ISA server which does not work with that fix.

Has anyone run across this and found a solution?
Are there any fixes on the way?
