NFuse and ICA File Not Found

Ran into this last night with a Windows ME PC. I'm running NFuse 1.6 and this PC kept getting "ICA File Not Found" when launching the desired application. Found out that a setting in IE needed to be "unchecked". The setting is "Do not save encrypted pages to disk", this is located under TOOLS --> INTERNET OPTIONS --> ADVANCED --> Security Heading.

I looked up the error in Citrix KB. They said to delete all temporary files, this of course was not the correct fix.
