Hello,
I've copied a few files to a filesystem on hostA. The filesystem is NFS mounted on hostB. The user accounts are synchronized on both hosts using cfmupdatenode (CSM functionality). On nodeB the file is not visible!!!! Why?
It must be a bug in NFS - after ca. 1h !!!! from putting the file on hostA it was not accessible/visible on nodeB. (The other, old files in this NFS filesystem were visible on nodeB).
When I run "touch test" command on nodeB in the directory all files I copied 1h ago appeared in the dir!!! (of cource also test file was there - on nodeB and nodeA)
Is it a NFS tunning issue or just bug in NFS?
I've the same bos.net.nfs.client level on both hosts.
# lslpp -l|grep nfs
bos.net.nfs.client 5.2.0.30 COMMITTED Network File System Client
regards,rm
