NFS server on Windows platform

Hi,
I would like to create a NFS Server on Windows platform. The NFS Server must be able to communicate with UNIX clients.
I have got some questions.

1. May I use RPC or CORBA ? Which of them is better ?
2. Exists something like "NFS Standard header file" created by MIDL ? Where to download it ? May I do my own NFS interface by MIDL ?
3. Where can I get an example for VC++ (MFC).
