NFS: Buggy server - nlink == 0!

I have no idea what that means, but you can always try upgrading to the latest version of NFS? Uninstall the existing and install the newest version, since you are having problems with the version currently installed. I don't like upgrading products that aren't working right.

Just remember to backup the /etc/exports file if you are going to uninstall and install.
