First I would like to thank every one for all the help this has been one of the best Access forums I have found you have saved me days of research and taught me a lot not to mention the fact that I would have less hare. any how here is my next dilemma
I have a orders form with a subform linked to my parts table I need for the quantity parts field in the sub form to also update a Yes\No field in another table one of the problems is that the table that it needs to update has only one part per record It may have several records the same. If my subform has more than one quantity it needs to update the yes/no field for that many records.
These records have the common fields [PartNumber] [PoNumber] [Customer]
