Next printing problem: Weird text at top of page

I have a Samba setup with an Epson Stylus C80 attached to a Windows machine. When I print from OO on the Linux Samba server, I get 284.4 @ EJL printed at the top left corner of the page, and then the whole rest of the printing on the page is shifted down about an inch or two.

Printing from the rest of the machines on the network works great. Anyone have a clue on this one?
