Hi,
I've got to use the commands "next" and "previous" in a report
(Data source is a P4 Server (Peregrine Service Center), problemm1).
Crystal 8.5 can't draw any diagrams out of this formulas =(

Any hints?
I've tried gobal Var, normal Var, supreports and so on

btw, we are using pending, and I've written a report which calculates the true active time (w/o pending) of a problem ticket without using the SLA module (I'm using problem.status and active.time only)

Whwn you say "I've got" to use the next and previous commands, what are you trying to accomplish with them? Next and Previous have one argument, the field being read. After oyu have done that, then what? Software Support for Sage Mas90, Macola, Crystal Reports, Goldmine and MS Office
