Next and Prev keys not working in Directory mode

When I define the Directory button on our 8411D phones, I find that the Prev and Next pre-defined buttons are not working to move forward/backward in the list. Can anybody confirm this and/or let me know of a fix. We're running V9.5 on the Si platform. Thanks!

You can't use the next/previous buttons associated with the soft-keys with the Directory feature. Add a 'next' and 'call-display' button to your phone.

Why do the Next/Prev buttons work on a 64XX series phone and not the 84XX phones?

first, 64xx series is newer than 84xx. second, "prev" button never worked in directory mode on 64xx, only "next". that's the way directory works, you can only scroll it in one direction.
