When CompTIA plans to revise an exam, they generally announce the availability of Beta exams at They have recently done so with Network+ (and I believe Linux+).
Once Beta testing has ended, they will make another announcement as to when the new exams will go "live", replacing the older version of the test.
As far as I know, no such annoucement is currently posted regarding the A+ Certification exams.
