nexer 24 remove/ install a new card

I recently took out the LCOB card, in slot 5, lco1-4 marked on unputs.
when I put the card back the phone lines have stopped working. Access Deny comes up? in pgm 101 ive added the card as LCOB 4 in slot 5, and in pgm 103 ive put order 1 next to the card?
what am i missing?

Did you remove the LCOB board with power on?
Then the system could be damaged.
Try to insert it in SLOT=6, the other CO line SLOT.
Use PGM101 and 103 to initiate the board and PGM140 and 141 to set up the lines.
