NewSID verses GHostWalker- when must they be executed? 1

I am comparing NEWSid and GhostWalker re-sid software.
NewSID is easier than GHostWalker. Newsid doesn't take as long. NewSID does not need to be executed in DOS mode.

Does it matter when NEWSID is executed?
After computer name change and before adding it to DOMAIN?
Can Newsid be executed before computer name is changed and/or after computer is added to the DOMAIN.

Have read text material at NEWSId site and from floppy.

I would do it right after you place the image on the machine. Then add it to the domain.
