Newsfeed in Exchange 5.5 Using AT&T as a ISP?

Is there anyone on this board that has experience setting up an Exchange 5.5 newsfeed using AT&T Managed Internet Services as their ISP? We are having TONS of trouble getting a simple feed set up here. This is the first one I've ever setup, so I'm not sure if it's me or them that is making it so difficult. I have set the feed up as a pull feed, have typed in all the IP addresses and have imported the active groups list and selected a few groups. I am 100% sure that these groups have mesages, since I am getting the feed through my ISP at home (@Home).

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
