Newsbox Size -Upfront

I like to restrict the upfront user's personal newsbox size.

Is it possible to do so? if yes, where to set, how to set a value at user level.

Requirement is some users can have bigger news boxes, whereas other must be allowed only a few MB space...

I'm pretty sure the answer to this is no, as newsbox items are really just entries in a database table, with a field containing a link to the items which are held on the IWR server.
