News Ticker or Marquee Web Part

Basic Windows Sharepoint Services 3.0 install on a Windows Server 2003. Nothing extend yet or any major changes. I do not have MOSS, nor do I think I am at a 2007 level. I believe I am at a Sharepoint 2003 level.

Does anyone know of a news ticker or marquee web part that is tested and working on a basic out-of-the-box Sharepoint install on a Windows 2003 server?

I have been looking and can find a few that are confirmed to work in MOSS 2007 and Sharepoint 2007, but nothing for Sharepoint 2003 specifically.
