NewMail Token Error (GW 6.5 on Win2003 Terminal Server)

We have a Windows 2003 Terminal Server with GW 6.5.3 client. When I right click an item and choose Sent To -> GroupWise Recipient, I get "NewMail Token Error").

I can do from within an application File -> Send As Email and that works.

These issues even happen under the Admin account. When I try changing the compatibilty mode to Win98 the error message changes to "GroupWise Connection Error".

I've uninstalled Windows Messaging, Uninstalled GW, Deleted the Novell Directory and then did a fresh install of Windows Messaging & GW and it had no effect.

Any suggestions?
