Access2000 - I'm not querying based on date or time for a specific report, but I want to have date/time information on the report. Oldest Record in This Report is ...and Newest Record in This Report is... How do I get this variable information on my report? Thanks!!

bluenoser337,

Create two text boxes in the footer of your report and set the control source of one to

=DMin("[YourDate]","YourTableOrQuery")

and the other to

=DMax("[YourDate]","YourTableOrQuery")

Where YourDate is the name of the date field in question and YourTableOrQuery is the table or query containing the date.
