We run Linux, SCO and AIX boxes. Linux is quite happy to rdist to AIX, but not to SCO. SCO will rdist to AIX, but not to Linux. AIX will rdist to Linux, but not to SCO. So I am pretty much stuck with keeping a central repository for all systems in one place.

Linux rdist is supposedly backwards compatible but requires the old version rdist binary available, this is nowhere to be found on the net. I tried the older version freebsd source, this would not compile due to libraries not available on Linux.

My last hope is to find a newer version rdist binary for SCO and try this out. Can anyone help?
