Thanks amriddle01, just installed an 8.1 with 80+ 95xx sets and it appears they have a couple with the "Please Wait" freezing symptom. Using your link to pull down 8.1.65 and we will upgrade later in the week to see if the firmware upgrade resolves the issue.
