Check this one out.
I have 6 new dell's all have 3c920 NIC's They are running windows 98. They get an IP from DHCP. After a while of internet activity none of the workstations can ping past the router. They can see the whole network including our router. They can ping the router. They cant see out past the router to the T1.
This is very bizzare. Some articles touch on the problem saying it is an Advanced Power Management problem.
Why would computers loose connectivity past the router only? and why only on 6 of 50 workstations all dells. Only the newest 6 .3 8100's and 3 GX110's.
The switch is a 3com 3300
The router is a 2600
