I have a Nortel Norstar system. I have my call pilot networked so I can program online. Is there a way to do this with the phone system itself as well? It's a pain doing it from the phone sometimes. I see it has a port but it's not an ethernet jack size. Please advise.

Two ways to program. Either through a telset using F983 or via the ethernet port on call pilot using the web GUI.

You can use Norstar remote utilities to program the MICS/CICS with a FastRad using a serial connection to your PC. It's faster to use a phone but some people like a PC interface.
