Need advice on what to use. I'm writing a new Web App using PostgreSQL as the DB. I'm Running Windows 2000 server. Apache as the Web server. At some point I plan to migrate to Linux just Don't know it well enough yet. But I'm Looking for advice on what to use for the Web Dev for this so that the migration to Linux will be smooth once i'm finished. Please Advise.
