I have shared page on which serveral Document librarys are displayed. Can I hide certain ones based on the user that logs in. I am playing with the Basic Helpdesk template provided by MS and want to hide sections such as Knowledge base and IT contacts when an user goes onto the site to create a new issue.

Thanks,

S.

Hello,

It is not possible to hide items for certain users based on their user rights in Windows SharePoint Services.
Users will always see those Document Libraries even though they are not authorized to use them.

Hopefully this is something that will be implemented in the next version of Windows SharePoint Services.

Regards,
Thomas
