Newbie with HiPath 4000 line change question

Hello,
I've inherited a HiPath 4000 and I'm now working on finding my way around simple tasks such as adds moves and changes. I was attempting to change the primary extension number on a set and hit the save button and was greeted with the following error.

There is an inconsistancy in the database. The problem can be resolved by starting an upload. I'm sure this is normal, but how to I initiate this upload?

In the Assistant, click Configuration Management, Network, System. Then "Search" button, bottom right. It'll find your system (there'll be only one), then Action, Upload.
