Server : Proliant ML530 G2
Controller : HP StorageWorks Smart Array 5302 Controller (Ultra3)
Disks currently in cage A : 4 x 36.4 (Ultra3)

Can I add 2 x 72.8Gb Ultra320 drives to it without problems?
I assume that if it's possible, the Ultra320 drives will only function at 160, but that's not an issue for me.

Thanks.

This should be OK, and you are right about them running at 160.

If it doesn't leak oil it must be empty!!

I have a ML530 (I guess G1) with a P3 800Mhz. Can I add 146GB Ultra320 drives to it?
