newbie to Visual Integrator Import (getting error)

I'm getting a Failed error on the Employee Number.
I printed a list from the WO.PRODEMP file and the number exists. Is there something else I'm missing?
Also there are 5 or 6 other fields I am trying to import but they don't show in the Error screen.
