Newbie to flash wants help with scrolling area 1

Hi everybody. I'm a newbie to flash design and would like some help please! I have used a template from a website I found a couple of months ago. Find my site here:

I would like to know how I can make a certain portion of the viewed area scrollable to allow me more freedom with the amount of information I can display. At the moment I am restricted to the text box which I would like to keep within the area defined by the design but I would also like the user to be able to scoll the area to access more info.

Yeah! Just noticed that MM has now added what used to be a different technote to the first one... So everything is now contained in one technote.
