Newbie to Exchange Need Help Setting Up on Intranet

I have a Win 2k3 server and I'm trying to set up exchange on it. I am more concerned about sharing outlook free/busy and calendar information than having an email server. If anyone can walk me thru this I would really appreciate it!

once exchnage is installed and you have set-up MS oulook on the machines right click on outlook today then permissions and give correct permissions to who ever. Then click on calendar and do the same and then depending on which version of outlook you have type addtional mailboxes in the help

That's part of the question. I'm not sure how to set up Exchange.
