Hello Everyone,

I just started a new job that deals with Sv8100/SV9100 systems, along with some Legacy Mitels and got my NEC Cert. I'm trying to relearn the NEC platform after being in an Avaya environment for the past 9 years.

My question is/are:

Are there any documentation or links with programming features on a phone, like Feature+6 [ie if I want to obtain an IP address on a DT800 phone, so that I can use WebPro to the phone system]
And are there a list of PRG for me to use to setup a basic SV8100/SV9100 system. I've been going out on calls with other techs, but, none seem to tell me what they are doing in respects to the setup or service call.

Thank You for any guidance.

I suggest you get a copy of the feature programming manual, and the inmail manual. They guide you along. The resident program is a good starting point. Trunks are in group 1, ring group 1 with several phones assigned to ring. The soft key gives you the VM access, and changes with function. Anything you find on the Aspire/Topaz/IPK-ii/SL1100/SL2100/SV8100/SV9100 is pretty much the same. PCPro is different for each system.
