Newbie support on making an XML page

Hey guys, I dont program in XML but I found a support doc in XML thats used for troubleshooting but only issue is that I only have hte XML code. Can I use this code and just make the XML page with it?

If so, how the heck do I do it? I have the MS office suite installed if that provides any info. Im really asking if I can just cut and paste the info into an XML document creator and have the page work.

The best way is to use XSL to format the XML into HTML:

You could just cut and paste if you wanted.
