SysObjects is a system table in each database that keeps track of that database's objects.

From BOL: sysobjects
Contains one row for each object (constraint, default, log, rule, stored procedure, and so on) created within a database. In tempdb only, this table includes a row for each temporary object.

I don't know about Cisco ICM, but my guess would be that you aren't connecting to the correct database and, therefore, the Customer table does not exist. I would check the connection settings used to connect to the database and check the default database for the user you are trying to connect as.

Good luck!
