newbie questions

Firstly,
How do I set up
/usr/bin/apache/bin/apachectl startssl
to run automaticaly everytime I boot up without promppting me for the pass phrase.

Secondly, what do I do if I somehow forget the passphrase. How do I change the password.

Thirdly the PHP pages connect to the mysql database on the same machine. Now does it amtter what order I restart my scripts in the run levels apache, httpd, mysqld......

Also, does only the web server provide encryption. Is there anyway to embed the php page itself to provide the encryption.
