I'm trying to setup a 2610 that is on my home network so that I can access it from the outside world. I have the 2610 connected to a SOHO(D-Link) router. I can access the 2610 from any other device on the home network.

The 2610 e0 address is assigned as a DMZ host on the SOHO. I tried connected to another PC via DMZ and it works fine.

However, when I try to access the 2610 as a DMZ host from the outside world I'm seeing encapsulation failed while running debug ip packet on the 2610:

Mar 1 02:36:51.996: IP: s=192.168.1.254 (local), d=x.x.x.x (Ethernet0/0), len 44, sending
*Mar 1 02:36:51.996: IP: s=192.168.1.254 (local), d=x.x.x.x (Ethernet0/0), len 44, encapsulation failed

Can anyone point me in the right direction?
