Newbie Question - Rollovers

I have a main screen set up for a Director presentation that is a 640 by 480 screen bordered by 5 buttons, 3 on top and another two on thie left side. The rest of the screen is covered by a picture. The picture changes in response to a rollover of one of the five buttons (for example, one of the buttons, called [sig][/sig]
