I wonder if someone could help me please. We have an instance where we have three mailboxes visible from one login for our shift chargehands and I was wondering if it is possible to password protect a mailbox using VBA, so that they can only view their own mail ???

Due to the lack of response from my original post I assume that either the question I asked was "stupid" or that the "Guru's" did not think it was worthwhile of an answer, I respect their decision if that is the case. However I had managed a way round it by creating a password form and a shortcut on the toolbar to activate the form through a macro. All i need to do now is make the shortcut to the different inboxes invisible depending on the password entered. If anyone can help me with the syntax for doing this it would be much appreciated
