Newbie Question...MC's

I have a site, and have created 4 buttons, and I have gotten the movie part down almost, with adding animation to a button and so forth...and I have a couple questions...

Is there any way I can animate the buttons, and have them fly in?...for some reason I can't tween...

and how can I make those buttons, make a movie clip go to a certian frame and play?...or how could I make it load an MC exactly where I want it? I have a defined space.

i cant explain it for you but i recently got Macromedia 5.0 book and it helped me alot even with great tricks on stuff i already thought i knew.
