Hi,

can somebody please help me?

During installation I forgot to add my DOS partition as a mount point. How do I mount it now that linux has already been installed?

I have tried "mount" command. but it is temporary and everytime I boot up I would have to do it again. is there any other way I could do that?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thank!

You will want to add that partition to the /etc/fstab file. When you reboot the system, that partiton should mount to the mounting point you designated in that file.

Agreed,

However you will have to create the mount point first. If you modify the fstab file and reboot then your boot will complain that it can't find the mount point.

mkdir /dos (or whatever)

Point /etc/fstab there.
