Newbie Question, CCD Scanners

Hi all, I have a CCD barcode reader (attached to com 3) however I require advice on how to read the data using delphi 7, the scanner is set to 9600,8,n,1,xon/xoff

You may want to ask the Delphi group that question.

If you get a Keyboard Wedge Scanner you don't have to read the com port at all. DougP, MCP
