Newbie Question: Can't Email Visio Files

Hi All,

Really simple I'm sure but can't figure; saving Visio document as web page (.htm); no problem, opens OK on PC, however, will not open on other PC when emailed. Even if I email to myself... Have noticed Folder created on desktop at same time as save containing elements of Visio doc. Suspect that might have something to do with it. Would like to send as web page as generally much smaller file size and presentation is nice, and the hyperlinks work....

Any help gratefully acepted.

Add the folder and zip it all up

Tried that, and when opened "this page cannot be displayed". I zipped 'Drawing1_files' and 'Drawing1.htm' together.
